Project Overview
Located in Beykoz, this project was designed as a boutique residential development comprising six detached villas. The design process focused on maximizing the site's development potential while establishing a balanced site layout that responds to the natural context, privacy, daylight and the quality of outdoor living.
The scope of work included architectural design development together with the preparation of the permit documentation required for the municipal approval process. BA Architects' involvement concluded upon the submission of the permit application, while the subsequent approval process and construction were carried out by another architectural practice.
